Poetry Reading
I contributed a poem to the audio poetry project QUEENSBOUND, curated by KC Trommer. I chose the J train’s 121st Street station, highlighting not only my subway ride to music venues but also its significance as a migratory birdwatching area, and joined poets for live readings on the 7 train.
QUEENSBOUND has showcased the communities of Queens through the words of poets writing poems by, for, and about the borough, all presented on a Queens-line-only subway map since 2014.
